MENUS

1st Tier Main Courses 

Roast Turkey: Herb-roasted turkey breast with fresh herbs, sage, and our homemade gravy.
    

Honey-Glazed Ham: Baked ham with a sweet and smoky glaze.
 

Oven Roasted Chicken: Crispy, golden-brown skin and moist, tender, and succulent meat. It is typically prepared by seasoning a whole chicken with herbs, spices, and sometimes lemon and garlic.
 

Cornish Hens: Individual-sized, exceptionally tender, juicy, and flavorful meat.
 

Glazed Pork Loin/Shoulder: Festive and flavorful, coated in a sweet and/or savory sauce that caramelizes during roasting, forming a delicious crust.

Roast Beef

2nd Tier Main Courses 

Roast Duck: Succulent, flavorful dark meat with a signature crispy, golden-brown skin.


Roast Goose: A rich, flavorful, and succulent dish known for its crispy, golden skin and dense, all dark meat.
 

Beef Tenderloin: Served with a red wine demi-glace for a classic, sophisticated main.
 

Prime Rib: A rich, tender, and juicy cut of beef slow-roasted to perfection. Served au jus with creamy horseradish sauce
 

Rack of Lamb: A premium cut of meat sourced from the rib section of a young sheep, highly prized for its exceptional tenderness, rich flavor, and elegant presentation. It is considered one of the finest and most luxurious cuts, often compared to prime rib or tenderloin in beef.


Leg of Lamb: Rich, earthy, flavorful aromatics, with garlic, rosemary, and lemon.


Whole Salmon Filet: Tender, flaky, rich, buttery texture.

Side Dishes

Traditional Southern Dressing and Gravy: A must-have. 


Collard Greens: Slow-simmered with smoked ham in a rich, savory broth.


Sweet Potato Casserole: With pecans or marshmallows.


Candied Yams: This soul-warming side dish offers a perfect balance of sweet and savory flavors, finished with a caramelized sauce.


Fresh Kale Salad:  a blend of vegetables and sunflower seeds tossed with In-joy Dressing
 

Mashed Potatoes: Creamy mashed potatoes, with roasted garlic or truffle oil.
 

Roasted Root Vegetables: Glazed with maple and featuring seasonal vegetables like carrots and parsnips.


Green Bean Almandine: Fresh green beans tossed with garlic and toasted almonds.
Macaroni and Cheese: A comfort food favorite, sometimes elevated with truffle oil or lobster.

Appetizers and Hors d'oeuvres

Cost Per Person - based on 3-5 pieces/bites per person

Charcuterie Boards: An elevated presentation of an assortment of cured meats, cheeses, vegetables, assorted dips, and assorted hard and soft breads.
$5 per person


Layered Salmon Dip: An elegant appetizer featuring luxurious layers of smoked salmon, cream cheese, or sour cream, or goat cheese, seasoned with lemon juice, fresh dill, chives, and pepper, chopped red onion, radishes, capers, and hard-boiled eggs.
$5 per person

 

Mini Crab Cakes: Petite crab cakes served with a lemon-caper aioli.

$6 per person


Spinach Dip: A warm and creamy spinach dip with crostini and pita bread.
$3 per person


Deviled Eggs: A classic starter with a festive twist, garnished with paprika or chives.
$2.50 per person

Caprese Skewers: Cherry or grape tomatoes, mini fresh mozzarella balls, and fresh basil leaves, all threaded onto small skewers or toothpicks, drizzled with extra-virgin olive oil and a sweet, tangy balsamic glaze.

Baked Brie with Preserves: Wheel of brie cheese baked until gooey, topped with fruit preserves, cranberry or apricot, toasted pecans, and fresh rosemary, served on crostini.

Pinwheels: Flour tortillas, cream cheese, layered with Italian fixings such as pepperoni, salami, provolone cheese, tomatoes, and mixed greens.

Classic Guacamole and Chips: Tortilla chips, avocados, lime juice, cilantro, diced onions, jalapeños, cilantro, and tomatoes.

Stuffed Mushrooms: Savory, bite-sized mushrooms filled with breadcrumbs, cream cheese, herbs, and bacon. Baked until golden brown.
$4 per person

 

Cream Cheese with Pepper Jelly: Cream cheese topped generously with red or green pepper jelly, served with crackers.

Chocolate Cake w/Chocolate Rum Sauce:
Deeply intense chocolate flavor of the cake is enhanced by the warm, aromatic notes of the rum.


Peach Cobbler:
Sweet, juicy peaches in a syrupy, spiced filling nestled in a buttery 


Pecan Pie:
A crisp, flaky crust, a soft and chewy interior custard.


Sweet Potato Pie:

A classic Southern dessert featuring a rich, creamy, and smooth custard filling in a buttery, flaky pie crust.


Buttermilk Pie:
A classic Southern dessert with a smooth, creamy, custard-like filling encased in a flaky pastry crust. 

Drinks and Beverages

$4 Per Person

Holiday Punch:
A festive punch with oranges, lemons, and cranberries.

 

Hot Chocolate Bar:
A build-your-own hot chocolate station with marshmallows, whipped cream, and peppermint sticks.


Sparkling Cider:
Non-alcoholic sparkling cider with a festive garnish. 

 

Homemade Lemonade: Fresh-squeezed homemade old-fashioned lemonade.


Iced Tea: Classic Brewed Teas.
